The Atmosphere We Carry
“The glory You gave Me I have given them.”
— John 17:22
The glory of the Only Begotten Son surrounds us.
It embraces us — our homes, our families, our children, our health, our lives.
One day I saw this clearly, and suddenly something inside me awakened:
So many prayers produce nothing because we keep asking for what has already been given.
Sometimes we pray from lack.
Sometimes from fear.
Sometimes from inner striving.
And sometimes from desires that were never born from truth.
Our words and thoughts shape the atmosphere we live in.
What we speak,
what we meditate on,
what we create through our inner world —
these become the substance of our days.
Then I understood something even deeper:
What we think about during prayer matters just as much as the prayer itself.
Because
Prayer is not only words.
Prayer is atmosphere.
It is the environment where we build communion with the King —
and then carry that atmosphere back into our lives.
Sometimes wrong judgments and inner accusations close the flow.
But thoughts rooted in Truth draw us into the movement of Heaven.
Into peace.
Into clarity.
Into the current of divine life.
“I will listen to what God the Lord will say within me.”
— Psalm 85:8
Another translation says:
“I have turned my whole being to listen.”
This is the state of prayer where you no longer move blindly.
You begin to move with Heaven.
