to know what has already
been given to us,
submit to the
Father’s will,
enter into our inheritance, and
learn to live in it and
steward it as an heir
in our Father’s House.

Inner Freedom — is the ability to guard your inner world.
Not everything that happens around you has to become part of you.
Other people’s words, circumstances, injustice, or fear may touch your life, but between what happens outside of you and your inner world, there remains a space of choice.
To guard your heart means to discern what you allow to enter more deeply and take root within. We guard our inner world because we know the value of what God is growing within us.
Freedom begins where the external no longer automatically becomes internal.

The Source Determines The Flavor of The Fruit
What becomes visible in our lives begins much deeper — in the source from which we live.
Fruit does not create itself. It simply reveals the nature of what it has been connected to. Our thoughts, words, and reactions gradually become evidence of what has been nourishing our inner life.
God leads us not only to the fruit, but deeper — to the Source. When our lives are rooted in Him, good fruit is no longer the result of striving, but the natural outcome of abiding.
The Source determines the flavor of the fruit.
And so the most important question is — what source am I drawing nourishment from?

Depth Is Born from Attention
Depth is born from attention because attention is the first voluntary gift of love. Everything we choose to give our attention to is given the opportunity to enter our lives. That is why attention becomes the beginning of true union.
Stillness is not the absence of movement —
it is alignment with a higher rhythm.
